The stage will host a variety of virtual events including a series of virtual panels.

Our Careers in the Public Sector virtual event will look to provide students with an insight into working within the public sector. This event will be seeking to present to students a range of speakers from organisations which are publicly funded, from central or local government, executive and statutory bodies and private sector organisations engaged in work within the public sector.

There is no charge to attend this well-established student facing event where employers may highlight opportunities available, raise your profile and impart valuable sector knowledge to an engaged virtual audience keen to develop a career within the public sector.

Our Careers in the Not-for-profit virtual event aims to attract a diverse range of students who are looking to understand more about a career within the sector.

We welcome interest from a broad range of speakers including those working in international development, social research and the third/charity sector. Although you do not have to have immediate vacancies or work opportunities, this may help when engaging with students.

There is no charge to attend the event which is open to employers within the field on both a local, national and international stage, professional bodies and individuals wishing to impart knowledge and expertise.

We also welcome back alumni of the University working within the sector who wish to share their knowledge and insight of working within the Not-for-profit sector to help our current students as they begin their career journey.
