The Mainstage features the core events in our programme of virtual presentations taking place during the Festival

To book your Mainstage event please contact Employer Connect directly to check dates and availability via email in the first instance; employerconnect@warwick.ac.uk

Join the Mainstage

  • Reservation of a Mainstage act slot in our carefully managed Festival line up ensuring you are the only organisation represented from within your business sector on your chosen date and that you are not competing for student attention
  • Marketing and promotion of your event via our Festival platform and myAdvantage, Social Media and across Student Opportunity
  • Management of student sign-up via myAdvantage or signposting to your own sign up link
  • Pre-recorded or live content may be delivered. Recorded delivery will be hosted for 2 weeks within the Mainstage area and will then remain available within your profile page on the Festival website

Advertising your own events

For an employer wishing to advertise your own virtual events the opportunity to advertise these via MyAdvantage is available to you. Events will feature in a live events feed on the Festival website.

Employers are asked to submit a maximum of 3 events and are encouraged to complete a festival profile where students may then find out about further events offered or full details.

Please note that this service will not feature in wider student marketing - if you wish to ensure your event or campaign is included in all of our Festival marketing channels we would encourage you to use our paid Mainstage service as detailed above.

    Support for delivery of Virtual events

    If you are unable to host your own presentation using your own virtual platform we will support you in connecting with Warwick Conferences.
