• Reservation of a Mainstage slot in our carefully managed Festival line up ensuring you are the only organisation represented from within your business sector on your chosen date and that you are not competing for student attention
• Marketing and promotion of your event via our Festival platform and myAdvantage, Social Media and across Student Opportunity
• Management of student sign-up via myAdvantage or signposting to your own sign up link
• Pre-recorded or live content may be delivered. Recorded delivery will be hosted for 2 weeks within the Mainstage area and will then remain available within your profile page on the Festival website

If you are unable to host your own presentation using your own virtual platform we will support you in connecting with Warwick Conferences.
