Once you have received your decision from Warwick, there are several things that you need to do to prepare to continue your studies with us.
1. Respond to your offer
Now that you have received your decision, it is important that you tell us whether you want to accept or decline your offer. Further guidance on how to do this would have been sent to you, so it is important that you follow this.
Read carefully your offer and any accompanying documents carefully, so you understand the conditions you are required to meet. If you have applied for more than one course, you will be asked to accept the offer for one course and decline any additional courses so we can make places available to other candidates.
2. Pay your deposit
Some courses require a deposit to secure their offer. Your offer letter will clearly state if your course requires a deposit and how much it is. Please follow the guidance given to pay this. At this current time, these courses are only International Foundation Programme and some Postgraduate courses.
3. Meet the conditions of your offer
If you have been given a conditional offer, your place can only be confirmed once you have demonstrated that you have satisfied all of the conditions. Please make sure that you read your offer letter carefully and seek guidance if you are unsure how to satisfy any.
4. Obtain your CAS
The Admissions Visa Team will contact international students who hold an unconditional offer and require a visa to study in the UK, approximately 3 months prior to the start date of your course. Please look out for this email and refer to the guidance provided if you have any queries associated with this. For further advice and guidance on making a Tier 4 application please visit the Warwick Immigration Service where you will find lots of useful information.
5. Apply for a visa
Once you have received your CAS number you will be able to apply for your visa. Your CAS will include details of the different documents you will need to prepare for your visa application but the Warwick Immigration Service also has lots of useful information to help to guide applicants on the Warwick immigration pages.
We encourage all students to check their CAS carefully and to visit the immigration pages to become familiar with the visa application process and visa requirements. Please visit the Warwick Immigration Service.
6. Enrol online
This is the last stage of the admissions process and one that you should complete before arriving at the University. Further advice on this can be found on the Enrolment pages.
