Bertrand is a passionate entrepreneur committed to making running accessible and enjoyable through technology and community. Transitioning from a decade in strategy consulting, he has embraced the challenges of entrepreneurship, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to build a business from the ground up.

After earning a BA and MA from Warwick in 2020, Ellie returned to pursue a PhD on the psychology of lesbian women in contemporary French cinema. Inspired by a year of teaching at Université Côte d'Azur and her positive experience at Warwick, she is now immersed in research and motivated by the supportive PhD community.

Donal oversees operations across multiple African markets, enabling access to solar energy for rural communities through an innovative financing model. With an MSc in Behavioural & Economic Science from Warwick, he credits his success to data-driven experimentation, interdisciplinary learning, and a passion for addressing global challenges like energy access.

Daguang published “The Key Science of Interlingual Language Signs Invention” in trilingual edition, which encapsulates more than thirty years academic life experience greatly influenced by the University of Warwick.

George's work is currently focussed on investigating the use of machine learning techniques to optimise revenue, as industry-wide changes to airline ticketing are scheduled to come into effect within the next couple of years.

Manav is deeply interested in learning about biological systems and have a particular passion for environmental sustainability through exploiting biological innovation. Warwick's world-leading research at the School of Life Sciences was pivotal in his career journey.

Ellie developed expertise in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and organisation during her time at Warwick. These skills have proven to be crucial to her post-university life and career.

Careers are flexible, they evolve over time. Tom Maidment started as an Undergraduate Engineer; he now works in food sustainability with hopes to save one billion tonnes of CO2 by the time he turns 30.

Juhie works in data analytics at Ralph Lauren with a commitment to mentoring young people and advocating for climate action, which she represents at high-profile events like the Y7. Her adaptability and drive have shaped her career, taking her from lab work to data analytics, while her Warwick experience built her confidence in networking and embracing diverse opportunities.

Anna’s experience in product management is enriched by working with diverse clients across industries, which fuels her passion for learning about new technologies. Despite a non-tech background, she attributes her success to leveraging transferable skills, navigating global perspectives, and embracing unexpected career paths with enthusiasm.

A Warwick alum announces the pre-order of their book, Self-Obsession, set for release in May 2025. The book integrates biology, medicine, psychology, and Eastern philosophies to explore and address issues like depression and anxiety.

Ricardo pursued a PhD in History at the University of Warwick, focusing on the impact of colonization on food, drink, and health in Mesoamerica. His work highlights how historical changes in diet relate to both colonial influences and modern challenges, reflecting on personal experiences with food in his home region of Michoacán, Mexico.

Meliha attended the University of Warwick from 2019 to 2022, studying History despite pandemic challenges. After graduating, she continues for a Master’s degree and takes on a role as Co-Creation Officer, working to make assessments more inclusive for students.

Reflecting on her time at Warwick, Devika acknowledges how being surrounded by inspirational peers and a supportive community on campus resulted in significant personal and professional growth in a short space of time.

Pratik Gadia, (MSc, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, 2013) is the Founder and CEO of The Yarn Bazaar, a startup company that appeared on the TV show Shark Tank India. His company is transforming the textile industry with transparent, efficient solutions for buying and selling yarn.

Ozair Hudli, a WMG alumnus with an MSc in Engineering Business Management (2023), is a Sales Support Specialist at Caterpillar UK. His passion for engineering began in childhood, inspired by his family’s background in the manufacturing industry. Warwick provided Ozair with essential skills and a strong professional network, which have been pivotal in shaping his career
